Arcadia Lions Club
The Arcadia Lions Club works in tandem with Arcadia Local Schools to provide support for the children and adults in our community. Their commitment is much appreciated and they are looking for your support and participation in continuing this partnership.
The following is a list of some of the things they do.
-Provide eye screening for all those interested at Kindergarten Screening.
-For several years they have hosted and played a part in the school’s fall Meet the Teams.
-They maintain the park across from the school for family and student activity year around.
-They maintain the baseball/softball fields for the Arcadia Summer Youth Program (ASYP). In addition, the school plays its Varsity Softball games there.
-They have been the source for many years where used glasses can be donated.
-The building and park have been used for testing and other activities by the school as well as other school booster groups for many years.
-The building is used for the Homecoming Dance and has been used for Prom.
