The Arcadia Music Department provides students with various performance-based opportunities in the area of musical arts. Performance groups include the Marching Band, Concert Band, Concert Choir, Mixed Ensemble, Drumline, Middle School Choir, Middle School Band, Elementary Band (5th and 6th grade), and Elementary Choir (4th, 5th, and 6th grades). Students can broaden their musical capacities through participation in Solo and Ensemble, collegiate festivals, and district and county honor groups.

The music department also sponsors a Musical open to all Arcadia students. 

The Marching Band, Concert Band, and Concert Choir have all competed at the district and state levels of OMEA Adjudicated Events and have received superior ratings at the state level.
