Elementary Choir - Wednesdays 3:00-4:00pm - grades 4-6 ONLY
Please - notify the school by 8:00am if your child will be late or absent (AND the reason) from school.
Failure to do so may result in them having an unexcused absence.
* Please Please - notify the school by 2:00pm if you need to make arrangements for changes in transportation for your child.
Vacation - You must notify the office at least 3 days prior in order for it to be approved.
* Contact the office AND change Final Forms if your phone
number, address or any of your emergency contact
information has changed.
